On behalf of our nursery, we are so pleased to announce we will be holding a fundraising event at Paintpots Day Nursery Manchester. This event will take place Saturday 16th March, to raise money to purchase a defibrillator for our setting.
This week we celebrated Valentine’s Day with all our children, we have enjoyed getting creative with our cards and baking fabulous cakes.
Each month we look at and celebrate a different country from where the children in our nursery are from. This month we have celebrated China as our country of the month.
With all the generous donations of money and items by parents, staff and family friends, we were able to reach a fantastic amount of £600.00. We are almost there to reach our goal. You can still make donations to the nursery, and there are still items from the jumble sale available to purchase.
We have discussed the importance of reading from a baby onwards in a previous Blog, and here at Paintpots Manchester we take reading seriously and encourage all parents to join in reading with their children at all ages.
