What are the opening hours for your nurseries?

All of our locations are normally open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

They are closed on public bank holidays and between the Christmas and New year period.

We have more than one child. Can you offer any help with the fees?

Yes. A ‘sibling’ discount of 15% is offered for any second child attending the Nursery and the booking fee to reserve the second child’s place is also waived

What food and materials do you provide for my child?

Paintpots Nurseries provides all meals, drinks and snacks for your child. Some of our nursery settings provide nappies and wipes – please check with your child’s nursery.

What do we need to bring?

You supply your own nappies, wipes and skin cream.

Please provide a change of clothes with your child’s name clearly labelled.

We can administer your child’s medication provided you give us written authorisation. Please bring relevant medication and clear written instructions for dosage and timings for our staff to review.

What is the notice period?

Notice period for a child’s place is 1 months written. To change the days of attendance you also have to give 1 months notice. When you sign your admission form you are signing in to a 3 month initial contract subject to our terms and conditions.

We have the right to end your child’s place and will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. You are paying for your child’s place, not the attendance.

Are your staff properly trained?

All staff are working towards their N.V.Q level 3 or above. They all have current and up to date CRB checks.

Paintpots has a rigorous staff selection and training policy. We also have a reputation for a very low turnover of people, which means we can offer consistency of care for your child.
